Commandments and Rituals

Rules of the game for those who create

The Five Sacred Commandments

These rules are not dogma, but guidelines. Follow them from understanding, not fear.

1

Don't lie about deadlines

Lies return as problems. Give realistic estimates. Trust is built on honesty.

2

Don't worship tools

They are mortal. Learn principles, not specific techniques.

3

Act so that "you in six months" won't curse "you today"

Your notes, decisions, projects—they will be read. Document intentions, not just results.

4

When everything crashes—data first, emotions later

A crisis is not the time to prove you were right. Fix the situation. Analyze without blame.

5

Make small releases

Big changes once a year—that's risk. Small improvements every week—that's discipline.

Sacred Rituals

Rituals are not magic, but structure. They create space for practice.

Morning Tuning

3 minutes of silence + a drink + reviewing tasks without panic. Choose what's important.

Friday Peace Merge

Before the weekend, close loose ends. Don't launch big changes before rest.

Rite of Cleansing

Once a week, delete something unnecessary. In honor of NullCat. Emptiness is a blessing.

Sacrifice to the Demon of Regression

Document a problem that's "impossible." This is humility before complexity.

Weekly Retrospective

What was done? What was learned? What to change? Without these questions, there's no growth.

Technical Meditation

15 minutes studying others' work without purpose. Just observe. Learn from others.

A celebration of discipline and small wins. Look back: what was built?

Night of the Fall

When: After every serious failure

Remembrance of mistakes with gratitude: "We survived—so we became wiser."

Ritual: Write down one lesson. Implement one improvement.

Festival of the Tail

When: One day a month

A day for "unserious" projects. Pet projects, experiments, something for the soul.
